From top-to-bottom, UJET's collaborative and mission-focused culture permeates every interaction we have. Leadership actively advocates for their team members' individual growth and success while pushing company initiatives ever forward. UJET fosters an environment that encourages you to ask questions, gives you plenty of opportunities to develop new skills, and recognizes team "wins" - even the seemingly smaller ones. For me, the fast paced roll of a start-up is exciting, and UJET does a great job at maintaining that pace by investing in their personnel. They seek top-tier talent and aim to make us better at what we do. My managers and their managers are excellent to work with, and we all put a lot of trust in our CEO and Founder, Anand. He is a great business leader and an even better people-leader. After meeting him in person and spending a decent amount of time with him, I can attest that the company's amazing culture truly stems from Anand and his team. The company is remote-first, offers great benefits, and throws great in-person socials. But overall, the best part of UJET is the excellent company culture that is truly a product of leadership. This is the best company I've worked for and I'm incredibly excited to see how we grow in the coming years.

Cons

The usual challenges of being a start-up apply: limited resources, fast paced environment, and sometimes needing to wear more than one hat. These may not be cons for everyone, but will definitely serve as a culture shock for the unprepared.

Pros

Great and respected brand compared to all competitors in the space. CSM team leadership is hands-down the best in this industry, and the marketing team is truly one of the hardest-working teams out there. The go-to-market leads are exceptional and help bring organization across departments.

UJET has built a unique and forward thinking product creating something more scalable, reliable and easier to manage than the rest of the market. So instead of trying to compete with others on features but crash all the time you truly have a solution that does something different. The culture is ultimately what makes it fun and beyond a job - our goal is to build amazing products that solve customer service problems but at the same time we do it for the community benefit of all employees and people dealing with brands. Cons

Remote work can make the in-peron aspects that use to exist tough. Video conference fatigue as people just want to do 12 video meetings a day instead of in person meetings.

Google is reselling UJET software.

Unobtainable quotas, management is out of touch, culture of secrecy and lacks trust, inside circle can make or break you, product lacks innovation, no training, messaging is a word salad, crowded space, high turnover in sales because nobody makes their number. Micromanaging- leadership listens to your calls/ meetings to spy on you. This place is one huge con- you’ve been warned!

I joined UJET in 2022 from another SaaS company, UJET is a high growth, fast paced organization backed up by very strong financials, committed investors and clear company strategy. The people at UJET are highly motivated, incredibly supportive and fully invested in everyone's success, which in turn creates a fantastic team spirit and company culture. The leadership team is very accessible and they are well respected figures within the industry who celebrate success, encourage big ideas and empower employees to be their best. Special shout out to the HR team who are light speed dealing with people matters such as employee admin, general HR enquiries and benefit changes.

Cons

As expected with a start up there are business processes that need be developed to enable scale but in the short time I've been at UJET there has been tremendous progress. The benefits are great but there's no 401K match yet, although in the pipeline for 2023/2024.

Product has a very broad set of features, which gives PMs a wide variety of interesting projects to work on.

It can be hard to prioritize transformational projects over day-to-day customer requests.

Ive been with UJET over a year and while days can be busy, I never had a bad day here. Everyone is willing to do whatever it takes to win and grow the business and each others careers. Product is disruptive in the space as well.

Not many I can think of at the moment. Ive worked at other mid level start ups before and this one has a great culture and product.

Pros

If you like a fast-paced, super exciting environment, with the promise of huge opportunities, UJET is the place. Management - from EX level down is total open door policy - everyone is working super hard and fast, smart leadership and individual contributors. Our market is exploding and we're taking advantage of our growth and partnerships to keep the trajectory.

None, if you enjoy (and thrive) in exciting, dynamic environments. We definitely work hard, but play hard.

- Full of technical challenges, for devs who likes to keep it interesting. - Full of experienced people ready to help and teach. - Huge sense of team work everywhere - Really focused on quality, there is no running behind deadlines. Projects are always estimated with the necessary time to ensure quality and don't compromise the code. - Very relaxed work - Company takes excellent care of the employees - Work/Life balance - Great Referral program - HR is always alert to your needs and always with a solving attitude.
