      Learn a lot about being a soldier, driving multiple vehicles, and weapons training.

      Cons

      Leadership was hard to trust last year in service. Favoritism, discrimination, equipment was poor in quality.

      Pros

      The pay was good. As with most government jobs, you know your career level and your salary expectations before you apply. Raises and promotions were scarce. The management is very hierarchical - it is the government. Overall a good learning experience.
