    Pros

Being a Marine is an amazing experience! The Marine Corps does an amazing job transforming everyday civilians into professional outstanding leaders ready to defend their country at will. The skills and tools you gain during your experience are invaluable and only attainable working and being part of an amazing organization/brotherhood.

    Cons

The lack of consistency in your leadership can be pretty frustrating and will dictate what your work experience is like while in the Corps. Sadly every Marine will have different experiences some worse than others and some better than others based on the leadership over you, the job you choose, and the opportunities available to you throughout your enlistment/career.
