Unbeatable healthcare benefits, competitive pay, academic institution with a ton of career and learning opportunities

Huge amount of focus placed on patient satisfaction (as there should be), however, the culture appears to have created a very entitled patient population

Awesome benefits package. Health Insurance is 100% paid by the company and coverage begins on first day of employment, great retirement plan options Lots of vacation and sick leave days
