      Pros

      Management are always there to help, offer advice and motivate. The team culture is obvious from the first day of employment, which may be a concern for people working from home, but a team brief every morning with your team leader and your colleagues, really sets you up for the day and gives you a positive start. Lots of focus around positive mindset, keeping motivated, and helping one another get the most out of the role. Bonuses are achievable and rewarding, making you feel like the hard work you put in is recognized and rewarded. Monthly awards meetings, monthly team meetings about team performance and individual achievements reinforce that recognition for hard work. The hours required allow for a great work life balance, working 11:00-18:30 Monday-Friday from the comfort of your own home, offers flexibility for time in the morning and evenings to spend time with family and friends and no weekend working.

      Cons

      The role is repetitive. There is no getting away from that. But the company is fully aware of this, and acknowledges it. It's not an easy job, and resilience and perseverance is key in being successful in this role. But as mentioned earlier, the team culture is huge and makes it so much more enjoyable.
