- Small company with high industry visibility and high sales volume - Ability to work cross departmentally and touch various projects - Hard work and success recognized by upper management - Vast opportunities for individual growth - Start up environment, without the long hours - Good work/life balance - Friendly, helpful team environment with fun, youthful/modern culture - Small company allows for ability to stand out to upper management, and suggest ideas/ask questions without fear of judgement - Virtually all staff members are adept, work hard and are great at what they do

Cons

- Building amenities are lacking, parking can be a hassle - Building location does not allow for quick easy lunch/coffee breaks. One must drive and cross freeway for anything nearby. - Minimal opportunity for remote work

Pros

The homebuilding industry in Dallas is often viewed as intimidating and highly competitive; at UnionMain Homes you will find yourself in a unique opportunity to work closely with and grow under senior leadership. Lead by a 30 year homebuilding veteran, UMH continues to grow into a top private builder in DFW.

Cons

Limited work from home options
