      Pros

See the World Don't have to take work home

Exhausting Away from home Customer Service is a tough industry, especially at 35,000 feet in the air.

Fun travels at first, highly profitable with time investment

      Pros

Multi-cultural and diverse, overall positive environment, get paid to travel, hotel and transportation (to and from work) covered while on duty, no one micro-managing your every move, customer interaction generally very positive.

      Cons

High pay takes a significant time investment, long days, away from home and family, jetlag, may be forced to relocate, inconsistent work hours, and some lack of privacy while on duty.

      Pros

Pay and flying benefits are great. Medical and dental coverage are expensive. Retirement plan is a complete joke.

      Cons

Seniority. Leads and some senior mechanics act like they're untouchable. Most of them have been here they're whole life and still have no clue what they're doing. Sad that this is all they have away from home. KW!
