      Pros

      there is public conveyance available and metro connectivity is present. timing is not fixed and one requires to do overtime because they take more work...and give less deadline.

      Cons

      there always is comparison between juniors and senior without realizing that juniors have less experience.... and still learning. if a junior does less work than senior in given time then they pass judgmental remarks... they scold for being not up to the mark... running on hire n fire policy.. they do not give leaves how important it is

      Excel, email writing.. Small workforce..auto available. 20 words for pros is too much for this company..

      Cons

      Work on Saturday.. if no work from client.they give copy paste work.. no free time.. seniors give bad feedback.. no leave granted..salary less.. machine type work.. after sometime employees lose morale.. they treat employees like slave.. employees working there have no life.. Work work work.. Life ruin here..little holiday

      Cons

      No hierarchy.. No Management... Low grade research with mostly copy and paste.. company is running with hire and fire policy. No performance improvement plans in place no quarterly performance discussions. In Short it is not the right place to start your career as you will start to feel demotivated eventually.
