I have been working at University of Bristol part-time

    Pros

As a university the employer is very well organised and everything is done step by step - and they take care of their employees well.

    Cons

University is large so they are not very good at responding at the first instance... a lot of time it takes ages to get a reply from staffing services

    Advice to Management

I think the best way is to have more staff in temporary staffing services and provide more funding for some services
