Cons
1. No growth opportunities. Managers will pretend to care about helping you advance in your career, but in reality they don't care. No one cares. It's a small company that has a lot of favoritism and cliques. If you aren't drinking the koolaid you won't get promoted. 2. Expect your job duties to change every month and for them to pile on more responsibilities without increasing your salary. 3. Very terrible internal processes. Absolute no communication between teams. It's quite a disaster. 4. Focused on sales only. The product has so many bugs and outages constantly, yet the company feels the need to increase prices on these small healthcare practices and pharmacies during a pandemic. 5. Leadership is a joke. Leaders are leaders because they've been there the longest or they have drank the koolaid. 6. Absolutely no diversity in upper management. I could go on, but I'll stop there. Don't waste your time working here.
