how to say... there are some people managers there that can push you to the depression freezed salary, 0 growth options, even some mobbing letting you witout tasks to do and forcing you to exit by yourself I could say concrete names and location but I think it woudnt be appropiate and Im afraid of possible represaries

People working there makes you feel like a second family. They are flexible about the hours you enter and leave as long as you work properly

Too many burocracy levels. There was a moment that we had more supervisors than people working on the actual project. Once we requested a review for this situation, they remove some between levels, so they are also flexible with this

Company dependant on leadership/culture of parent company, IBM, with outdated methods/leaders.

You get to work in very cool projects and clients. You get the opportunity to learn from scratch. Good work conditions (holidays, summer hours, extra hours pay).

Not very well paid. Career support is not very effective. You don't have much mentoring to learn and improve, you have to learn by yourself.

- You are practically on your own when you join. No onboarding protocol for new hires. You feel left out and unimportant. Lack of organization in that matter. - You work more hours than those you are paid for. - Clients are charged full FTEs while you are actually working half or 2/3 (and then you are assigned to more than one). This, to me, is highly dishonest. You have to lie to them in the name of the company. - They will move you from project to project often and you will have problems forging a good relationship with the client and deepening in the tech.

El buen rollo con los compañeros, aunque imagino dependera donde te toque.

Los peores sueldos que se pueden llegar a pagar a alguien cualificado en este mundo, rozando el sueldo minimo, independientemente el coste de la vida y la competencia de la provincia que estes. Horas de formacion fuera del horario laboral y sin remunerar. Ascender es una odisea recopilando pruebas para que luego te suban una miseria (te lo meten en un complemento de 'mejora voluntaria' que luego usan para absorverte la antiguedad y las subidas de convenio en lo que en su dia te vendieron como ascenso) eso explica la alta rotación de personal, cuando ven que ninguna promesa es real. He visto gente con 3 años de experiencia cobrando menos que los junior a los que les estaban enseñando (en un intento de retener nuevos talentos), lo que ha acabado causando aun mas frustracion. Es una empresa trampolin para coger experiencia y dar el salto, imposible llevar una vida digna con sus condiciones, si eres bueno en tu trabajo y minimamente ambicioso huyes a la minima.
