Pros

A truly no-ego, supportive, lead by example and team orientated working environment. Everyone has each others' backs and will genuinely help each other succeed. KPI's are pledged based on what your desk needs that week, with support and guidance from management and the wider team. CRM system is uncomplicated and very little unnecessary processes. Very good GDPR policy and genuinely able to focus on quality work as opposed to spray and pray and being whipped with the KPI stick for the sake of it. Early finish Fridays help too!

Pros

Since starting with VIQU my experience has gone from strength to strength. The entire team have been incredibly supportive, my manager is a motivation in himself and my MD is the best mentor I have ever had. VIQU promised me a better working environment with autonomy over my working day, job satisfaction and great earning potential. EVERYTHING that was promised has been delivered and more! I recommend VIQU so much in fact, I have been an advocate for them with every recruiter/client/candidate and friend I have spoken with. VIQU is a company that has not only nailed the working life formula but is always making proactive steps to improve an already great system.
