    I worked at Variety full-time

    Pros

I love the variety and diversity of people we interact with. If could go back and choose a company to work for, Variety would be it.

    Cons

It is a terribly long drive home, and I wish I were compensated for transportation. It really cuts into my pay check.

    Advice to Management

Keep being the diverse company you are so we could continue to reach out to the largest audience possible. Do that, and success is sure to come.
