      Good for persons skillful at keeping up appearances

      Pros

      A relatively stable job with some freedom.

      Cons

      Keeping up appearances is the most important - it doesn't matter what the results are as long as you can show outside to be working. Same goes with the company values: nice things told outside and the actions inside the company are detached. Management is completely out of touch what is actually done on the field.
