Good salary only. Nothing else

Bad managers and no work culture, everyone keeps trying to show that they r boss. No work life balance and even if u want to leave they will make it difficult for u. For example, to get a job there u need to clear one interview but to leave u have to give 4..and added to that company is highly dedicated towards money making irrespective of its employees.
