No hierarchy defined Don't judge people by what other person says. Please open your eyes. Otherwise, people keep on leaving the company in less than 1 year. When it comes to relieving the employees from the company they play around, and they don't handle the process, and they have taken it for granted. I would suggest not to join such an organisation and spoil your career. Work is not so hectic, but the higher management makes it so complicated that people can't even breathe.

Flexibility, Free Food, CEO who really wants to take company to another level
Cons
The company is in the hands of bad managers who are nothing but evil minded people. They have formed a group and only support employees they like. There are lot of talented employees in support, sales, engineering who are demotivated as they are not liked by these managers. CEO is a good person but if he keeps on trusting these managers, he will not be able to achieve his vision. The former product was a success because there were really talented VP at that point of time but the company is surrounded by yes men who just lie to CEO and get their work done. Heard there is high level attrition but the managers don't even keep exit interviews and send people like anything. Everyone has only one word to say, bad managers and zero motivation
