Overwork, toxic leadership, red flags!
3 May 2023 - Marketing in Walnut Creek, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
They are very punctual with payments
Cons
The company culture is portrayed as great, but in reality, it is toxic. Overworking employees and undervaluing their efforts are common practices. Employee ideas are rarely considered, and only the CEO's ideas seem to be valued. The company boasts about its diverse staff, but it's merely a facade to meet diversity quotas without paying fair wages, taking advantage of employees in different countries. The CEO is manipulative, egocentric and disrespectful, making the workplace unbearable. Working as a contractor instead of an employee is another tactic used to avoid paying legal obligations. This company is the epitome of a toxic work environment. If a company claims to be a "family," it's a major red flag and best to stay away.

9 Nov 2021 - Operations in Bogota, CundinamarcaRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Vengreso is hands down the most fun, challenging and rewarding place that i have ever worked. So many people are always willing to lend a helping hand. It really is whatever you want to make it with how engaged you choose to get. I have been with Vengreso for almost 2 years now and the growth is truly remarkable — all while making the culture even stronger over time! Incredible learning and growth opportunities for younger professionals looking to make a mark on their careers.
Cons
The pace and change can be challenging — you need to be tough, smart and work hard, but it is worth it!

9 Nov 2021 - Director of Coaching in New York, NYRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
This is an opportunity to work with the leader in the digital sales training and technology industry and learn from experts in sales, LinkedIn, social media, and marketing. It is a collaborative environment where we are always looking for ways to improve and provide a better customer experience. The leadership team is intentional about helping everyone who wants to develop professionally through projects and supporting continuing education. The company tries to help team members maintain a work - life balance with a generous vacation policy as one example.
Cons
Be prepared to work hard and pay attention to details. If this is your normal work mode, you'll be fine.

9 Nov 2021 - Senior Operations Manager in Bogota, CundinamarcaRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Vengreso is a company that shines for their commitment to develop the human talent within. Their executive team is experienced and very knowledgeable, they aim to provide constant feedback and excel at it.
Cons
Due to the size of the company the level of involvement of the CEO is so high that almost nothing can be done without his approval which in turn leads to delays in the approval path for every process changes.
