You’ll work with some of the smartest and greatest people in AG Tech
They are really understanding and easy leadership to talk to
You’ll be working with tech that is changing the landscape of AG
Cons
Lots of travel
Wearing a lot of hats so you’ll never feel like you're “caught up”
I felt the hours were great, my co-workers were professional and allowed to express themselves while taking ownership of their work. I found the mentoring opportunities to be world class. The amount of creativity and problem solving motivated me to step up everyday.
Cons
There were not many things I would consider a con while I worked there. I like to come in early and leave on time, some like to come in on time and stay later.
This is an amazing company with world-class leadership. The CEO and CTO are professors, and the entire leadership team is highly skilled and generous with their time so there is a huge opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry. Awesome snacks and full kitchen is provided. They offer monthly BBQs / catered lunches.
Cons
Location isn’t the greatest. Sort of sketchy and the area has a lot of break-ins.
