    Pros

Great learning environment for a person seeking after college experience. they hire their interns (when possible), which makes the learning curve so much easier when you graduate. easy going work flow and great work life balance.

    Cons

clique clique clique. you will never get anywhere unless you are in with the it crowd. people get promoted based on who their friends or family (yes, family) are. Forget enforcing results from your team, that is frowned upon in the Miami office. As long as you are friends with your direct reports and don't rock the boat, you can coast.
Layoffs are inevitable.... most positions are based in the region and the few that are in Miami will eventually transition as well.

    Advice to Management

The advice is for NY corporate office: take a long hard look at the Miami office. crack down on unethical behavior and favoritism. You have a great group of people there that are either let go or completely unengaged because of the way the office is being managed.

    Pros

Relaxed, friendly, nice offices in a good location near the canal/station. Some good travel benefits to the various events.

    Cons

Utter arrogance and untouchability of upper management. Lack of forward thinking and actual fresh new ideas. The untouchable talent department is killing the company slowly with its unimaginative repetitive talent choices at the award shows and a reluctance to help anyone else in the company bar these events.
