It is good for fresher as they will get opportunities to learn different technologies. Appraisal can be very good if one has dependency on something.

Very poor management. Not good for long term engagement. No work life balance

Very flexible with work from home policy. Company takes care of employees health and safety. Appraisals were done according to scheduled timelines despite the pandemic when all other companies were throwing out their employees.
