    sometimes lunch brought in for us

    And winning awards

    Management
    Some rules apply for staff but another for others
    No support - not that it was needed but that’s what management and coaches are for!
    Always complaining for signing on a minute or 2 late but no mention when you stay behind on a call for after your shifts finished

    Advice to Management

    Look after your staff and maybe treat them like you would like to be treated if you was looking up to them.
    Understand people’s life and adapt your mangering skill to the person
    Stop changing manager and moving/ changing structure, if I have sensitive information then I don’t want to be always telling everyone of your managers because we all know that the news get spread around. Stop being in a clique and look after your staff and respect them

    Pros

    Positive environment
    Support from most management
    Flexibility with shifts
    Amazing incentives, work trips and of course travel perks.

    Cons

    Area Managers very hit and miss. You may be very lucky or very unlucky. Recent resuffle unfortunately left some bad eggs who should not be there! Awful pay. If you don't intent to use your perks go elsewhere. Not many opportunities to progress.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of certain awful Area Managers!
    Other than that, higher management are amazing, keep doing what you're doing!

    Advice to Management

    Stop reshuffling every few years.
    Team leaders worked, too many people to report into now.
    New Area Managers better than team leaders who were promoted to the role.
    Certain area managers seem to spend more time outside having a cigarette and gossip and numerous times no one around to help.
    Coaches assist more day to day and seem to be only ones visible at all times.
    Same people recognised no consistency and unfair to many.
    No one seems to understand commission structure and goal post is always changing.

    Pros

    Travel concessions and vibrant front line staff.

    Cons

    Constant restructures leave you rebuilding relationships with line managers and senior management every few months. These new managers always have very little understanding of the business or contact centre. Best line manager of my career has recently left, replaced by young lady with zero managerial experience or politeness.

    Advice to Management

    Stop changing everything so often.
