    Where do I begin!!! Lack of support, clicky mean girls instore, bullying goes unpunished, pay is awful and the commission is capped!! Management try to keep everything under wraps and lie to cover staff who’ve been there longer. It’s like being back at school.     Don’t always believe the person you’ve known longest!! As a manager there should be boundaries.... some people will take your kindness and use it to their advantage!!

    Pros

    Standby flights if you can get on them

    Cons

    If your face fits culture, don’t bother raising a grievance they are never upheld, bullying culture, you are looked down apon as a consultant, expected to work on days off from home. Senior management recruited when they are friends of other senior managers even if they have no travel experience and shockingly bad, use others as scapegoats for their poor management. Do not work here unless you want to lose your sanity.

    Recruit from within, stop covering up poor management.

    sometimes lunch brought in for us Trips And winning awards

    Management Some rules apply for staff but another for others No support - not that it was needed but that’s what management and coaches are for! Always complaining for signing on a minute or 2 late but no mention when you stay behind on a call for after your shifts finished

    Look after your staff and maybe treat them like you would like to be treated if you was looking up to them. Understand people’s life and adapt your mangering skill to the person Stop changing manager and moving/ changing structure, if I have sensitive information then I don’t want to be always telling everyone of your managers because we all know that the news get spread around.
