    I have been working at Virtua Health part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    The compensation appears to be more than fair for my department. The culture appears to be positive from where I am. A lot of emphasis on training.

    There appears to be some inconsistency among departments and locations.

    Overworked understaffed low salary. Benefits stink unless you use all Virtua doctors.
