Virtusa is a global brand and if you're joining as a fresher. Try to learn as much as possible from this company. Although base pay might be low but you can get good package if you switch after 2 years

2 years bond is something which is really bad Also If you're coming just for fun and want a hassle free job . Go and join TCS
