1. Appraisal system not transparent, involves lots of subjectivity. 2. Lack functional understanding of department, sales is doing marketing, risk and policy is managing product, product is pushing for sales, credit doing sales (Literally, few places credit team is sourcing cases as well, no kidding!!)
