      Pros

      Voxware treats employees with respect, listening for input and acting on viable suggestions. The compensation is fair and arguably better than average. The environment is one of trust and cooperation which makes it fun to go to work everyday.

      Cons

      Voxware sells a product that is challenging to position and the sales cycle is lengthy.

      Voxware has great products and takes very good care of their customers. Likewise, they also take good care of employees offering fair compensation and great benefits. This is a collaborative environment which makes for an enjoyable experience.
