    I have been working at WDS full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    WDS is one of the most employee-friendly companies that I have come across, helping me to discover and improve my talents. My transition from an amateur to a professional has been only natural.

    Cons

    I don't feel it's good to have software development without having a proper SDLC.

    Advice to Management

    I'll recomend to have agile(scrum) methodology.

    nice account location was convenient trainer was cool

    Cons

    horrible management lack of support your account managers "wanted to be succesful" but wouldnt hesitate to fire you on a blink.

      6 weeks training paid just go to do that just sit around playing with tech and chatting

      Cons

      tones. management are cowards and if it wasn't for the name tag you wouldn't be able to guess they are management. use employment agencies to avoid having to actually manage the workforce. management cower away from the role and seemingly just read data stats. no further opportunities. poor pay in comparison to apple. cant imagine it will last long due to the UK leaving the EU so all them that stayed in the hope...
