Great benefits Good to employees Lots of long term employees (this can be a negative see below)

Some admin systems are antique, others are state of the art Lots of long term (I mean LONG TERM like 30 to 40 years!!) employees which is great in one way, but this staff doesnt have any diversity of experience in a variety of environments. They dont bring anything original to the table, are not particularly forward thinking. They hire and promote people with marginal experience backgrounds and probably waste resources (money) in overpaying them. Less experienced people seem to have unrealistic expectations Lack of transparency I dont think I could ever work for this company long-term. They seem top heavy.
