The company is good, in terms of women's safety, the exposure you get, and their adherence to policies.

The only 2 drawbacks I felt being here is that there is nor 360 review for managers. Once somebody reaches the level of Sr. Managers positions, there is no way their sub-ordinates could address something wrong/unethical going on in the team, without revealing their identity. The same goes for the Accounting department in the company, as there is none in that dept (in Gurugram- which is their head office at least). So if at any point you feel like discussing any issue or need a suggestion related to your salaries, get ready to be treated like an SBI customer treatment because there is no individual but a portal to raise tickets over and over again for the same issue.

it is called employee concerned but did not help me with my travelling issue and managers follow favouritism and you don't get time for break too as it is like an environment like you are a school child that not to go here and so on and not provides your hard earned incentive too

1. Good Work balance as they hire more workforce than their existing projects

1. Biggest con is Appraisal, All politics rise and finishes here. 2. WNS never respect their employee. WNS treated the employee as Servant 3. No Food, No Cab Facility, no Diwali gifts , no joining kit - all of them are cost-cutting 4. WNS uses the 2-year bond on fresher which is totally illegal. If somebody breaches this bond, have to pay 3Lakh 5. Managers do not approve leaves easily.
