    hospital is too small for the patient population, they are working on expanding so the construction will be something to work around

    Pros

    Lots of team work, and it was the best! Everyone (mostly) got each others back. Flexible hours. Good pay.

    Cons

    Sometimes miscommunications between staff and management - hard, like really hard. The accountability is not followed, management was lacking in that aspect.
