      Pros

Store manager will work with schedule as much as possible, paid time off, 401K, can be placed close to home, mostly friendly customers

      Cons

Work/life balance can be bad if your store is short staffed and you work more. Potential to work on Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, as you move up the ladder, less opportunities/openings to advance since they are closing stores. We have 3 floating store managers in our area after store closures so they must be placed before they promote any ASMs. ASMs dropping like flies around our area in the past year(finding other jobs).

      Corporate Offices - Dumpster Fire

      Pros

Discounts from Walgreens Stores/Assorted Partners. Teams members / Coworkers Pay (sometimes)

      Cons

Everything else is awful. PTO/Management/Work-Life Balance. Bonuses are dead. The "bonus" you receive is a joke and more like an insult than anything else. 'Often' (Always) prefers hiring from outside the company rather than promote internally which is directly opposite of what they tell you. Often (multiple times since I've been here) fires HUGE groups within the Corporate Offices to "cut costs" by hiring the most inefficient and uncaring contractors for the lowest dollar possible. The Company doesn't accept new ideas, innovations or allow for personal growth to lead. It's stagnant and dying. Don't join WBA if you want a long and valued career within a single company. This once family owned company is soulless and does not care about it's employees.
