    Advice to Management

Take some strict action on managers/director, They are sitting on top and having cream and engineers have to suffer.

I have been working at Walmart full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good pay and Benefits - Reimbursements, equity/stocks Free lunch Snacks Decent workspaces Frequent outings Indoor games and gym available Fun activities and fun club Trainings and online courses available for free

    Cons

    - There are not enough opportunities for growth and learning - Many teams still work on legacy stuff - Not at all a good work/life balance - Most of the time you get to do only support work resulting in loss of productive time and at times can be hectic also - Lack of transparency and clarity within teams as well as across teams - Lot of favouritism and politics

    Advice to Management

Please try to improve the work life balance of the employees. Dependencies on the team onsite should be lessened as much as possible.

I have been working at Walmart part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good pay, fairly easy to get into the job

    Cons

Managers are beyond irresponsible and nothing is ever good enough for them, you're lucky if you get enough hours to cover yourself for medical, customers are demanding and infuriating, schedules are up in the air for whenever they decide to give you hours. Even if you are a full timer with a set schedule.

    Advice to Management

Put your managers through the same tests and training on a yearly basis, because most seem to forget how to be functioning human beings by the end of their first year.
