Pros
Ability to be integrated in a creative organization regardless of background. Great colleagues and working teams.
Cons
At the conclusion of large scale projects, a layoff always follows. In recent years, the organization has added more layers of management which don't add value to the organization, but add cost to the bottom lines of projects.
