    Pros

Stable with good compensation. Free lunch from Seamless every day

    Cons

Lots of management that have been there since Clinton was President. Takes a loooooong time to enact change within your department and the company as a whole. Things that have been commonplace for a while in the business world have only just been implemented here in the past few years, such as 360 performance reviews and the freedom to occasionally work from home. Not a lot of real upward movement if you are on the operations side. Almost no diversity in upper management although they have been giving lip service to changing that "soon." That's all it is though, just talk. They've made no formal substantive moves to change things in that respect and I don't expect they will.
