Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Wasabi Japanese Steak and Sushi part-time for less than a year
Pros
The work is split up fairly. You don't have to do anyone elses job.
Cons
Not team oriented at all. Very chaotic constantly. Things aren't cleaned through out the night because there's zero time to clean. Not much communication from management to employee's. Employee's don't seem happy with their job. Tips get split with a lot of people. Got hit on by the cooks within a few minutes of my first day. I've been through that at other places but it never just went on through the night. It was really annoying more than anything else. I've worked at other restaurants that I thought could use work, but this one takes the cake.

Neutral OutlookI worked at Wasabi Japanese Steak and Sushi part-time for more than a year
Pros
The food and sushi is good.
Cons
You have to tip out 50% , and your paychecks are about $1 because you have to claim 100% of your tips. The owners are not friendly to their employees at all. We have to tip out the chefs like 40% , then tip bus boys, bar, and sushie chefs. But the chefs already make about $15 or more and hour! My lowest payceck was 70 cents.

RecommendsI have been working at Wasabi Japanese Steak and Sushi
Pros
Besides the clientelle, the management and the people you work with is the best and the money you make as a server there is better than being a server anywhere else.
Cons
Clientelle is the only issue
