    Pros

    Benefits and stock are the big focus. Company is associate owned so there's a sense of purpose on driving more sales and increasing your GP

    Cons

    Work life balance. The usual retail and food service issues. But the day to day life in never dull or mundane

    Pros

    Fairly easy job, making sandwiches and giving change at the cashier isn't too hard. If you do hard work it is easy to be promoted.

    Cons

    Working in the cooler is...well cold. Customers are generally ignorant and fail to understand basic directions

    Great food. Great drinks. Great gas prices. It’s a very convenient place to stop by if you need something. They are also opened 24/7.

    Homeless people like to hang around.
