I have been working at Webanywhere full-time

    Pros

Opportunities to challenge yourself and learn in complex fast-paced projects. Some really great colleagues from different cultures, in different locations. Opportunities to travel - US, Europe.

    Cons

Staff churn in some roles, possibly due to taking a chance on younger, inexperienced candidates. Day to day can be tough if under resourced.

I have been working at Webanywhere

    Pros

    - Relaxed & friendly environment(very welcoming). - If you are looking to progress and move forward in your career, this is the place to be. If you work hard enough you will be recognised by senior management and given the opportunity of a new role. - Anyone that needs to travel to Leeds, the office is about 5 mins walk from the train station or if you drive, 5 mins walk from the car park. - Very fast paced environment, always looking to improve there products/services. - Management are very good, always willing to listen and advise for any situation you might have, I have personally received great support from several managers(not just my own) to keep me on the right track for my career. - Every week there is a fun Friday which works on the social side of the office bringing people from different devisions together to build stronger relationships.

    Cons

    - Very busy, as the company is forward thinking there are always new projects that need actioning/progressing. - A few more support staff need to be hired to tackle the ever growing list of schools/businesses we look after.

    I worked at Webanywhere full-time

    Pros

Fast Paced Fast progression if you're good enough Some roles are well paid

    Cons

Too fast paced Fast progression because so many people leave that they are constantly recruiting / promoting from within Some roles are well paid, but most are not Poor product testing lead to many issues for customers Support is massively understaffed, leading to unhappy staff and customers Most new staff are inexperienced and bought on the cheap. They stay for 12 months to get some experience and the leave Sales teams are over monitored - KPI overload MD is the biggest risk to the company. He cannot allow others to take full responsibility for elements of the business and always meddles in business he doesn't understand. He also doesn't remember what he has asked you to do. So a report that is asked for one day that is "critical and urgent" is no longer wanted at all by the time it has taken you 2 days to pull data together and write it.

I have been working at Webanywhere full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I have been working at Webanywhere for nearly two years now and can honestly say I feel lucky to have such a great job. Working as part of an expanding organisation it is fast paced, keeps you on your toes and challenges you everyday. There are a lot of intelligent people working here with lots of ideas bouncing around which is great to be a part of. The employees are welcoming and friendly, always happy to help! I can genuinely say that I have made some of my best friends from working here. The company has benefits such as; - Fun Fridays, a Nando's meal, breakfasts, chocolate fountains, pancakes all sorts of great treats! - Socials, anything from treasure hunts to bowling or pizza and dancing! - Charity days, any opportunity to give back to the community

    Cons

It's fast paced and career focused, that's not for everyone. I do however enjoy that about the company!

    I worked at Webanywhere full-time

    Pros

I've recently left Webanywhere and can honestly say it's the best company I've ever worked for. The only reason I left was for a big promotion, and went with the full blessing of the MD and the management team who all played a part in mentoring and developing me during my tenure. I would recommend Webanywhere as a great place to work Fantastic products, values, people, location. And a great chance to develop and grow.

    Cons

Fast paced, and you will be challenged and taken out of your comfort zone - Which I loved. No two days are the same and a big focus on learning. If checking in at 9, out at 5 and doing the same boring thing everyday is for you. Then this isn't the environment for you.

I have been working at Webanywhere

    Pros

We have Fun Friday's, monthly socials, incentives for hitting targets i.e mini break to Barcelona. The company is growing here, Poland and US yet every employee matters. It's extremely fast paced but I wouldn't have it any other way We are right in the centre of Leeds which is a perfect location There are constant growth and progression opportunities

    Cons

Need more meeting rooms Sometimes miscommunication between management to the people on floor but that sometimes is the case in a lot of business especially ones that are growing like this one Multiple simultaneous actions expected with short turnarounds Negativity from staff sometimes bring the morale down but then again no company is perfect
