    Pros

+ Great colleagues and customers. + Good to start and learn many new things. + Flexible hours, depending on the office.

    Cons

    - Leadership non-existent. - 100% turnover. - No on-boarding/training—a baptism by fire learning environment. - If you speak honestly about issues or where we should be utilizing our efforts, you will be made redundant. - Barely any growth opportunities. - Won't make the investment in important tools (e.g. project management software, CRM) and you're expected to do more with less. - Purposely unachievable targets. - No organization or structure. (You're flying by the seat of your pants here) - Extremely poor international communication and collaboration. - No accountability. - Poor customer service. By far the worst con is the founder/CEO, Sean Gilligan, bottlenecking and micromanaging every aspect of the business. No matter what your role is or what country you work in, you're at his whim day-to-day of ridiculous requests and his deeply unpleasant, self-aggrandizing, restive and inappropriate management style, which he likes to call "unconventional." Instead of focusing on areas that are generating interest and profit (e.g. eLearning content creation, LMS development), the CEO pulled the company's best developers off big, important projects to develop a free, useless voice messaging app called Soundbranch with no market research. The Sales team are forced to push it, confusing and alienating loads of prospects. The app is a micromanagement tool for the CEO, who forces team members record "debriefs" for him on a daily basis. The work environment is dysfunctional and chaotic... it's a sinking ship. You're lured into a facade of a promising, high-growth international business only to find out that isn't true and the company is an absolute mess. All the negative reviews (two stars and under) here are 100% genuine and true, please read them all before considering a job here. (Just like past reviews have stated, the positive reviews on here are fake). Cheers and good luck.

    Pros

Good coworkers Good customers Good location in city centre Sadly that's it.

    Cons

Management team have no idea what they are doing. Company is a sinking ship with all the talented staff leaving due to abusive working conditions. You will notice a trend that for every negative staff review the MD will create a new email account to post a "great" review filled with his buzz words.

    Pros

Good for your CV, I guess.

    Cons

CEO asks people to write positive reviews on glass door. The company is reactive to the market place, as opposed to innovative. Any innovations are not based on any market research at all or feedback given from staff who have their finger on the pulse, or customers. Hence the sinking ship it is right now. Expenses don’t get paid for weeks & weeks, regularly leaving you out of pocket. Bonuses get slashed if the CEO suddenly decides that he will increase the KPI’s to a level that has never been reached. Bonuses will be held back and the CEO will create any rules he can to prevent you from you getting your bonus. Your probation will most likely be extended, for carefully thought out reasons you cannot avoid, preventing you from getting the pay rise they tell you about in your interview. CEO doesn’t value the hard-workers and good people, doesn’t pay them enough and the bonus cuts are a real downer when everything you have sold has been paid for into the company bank account. With more experienced people leaving for reasons stated in this review and every other genuine reviews (anything 2 stars or less is real, anything higher is fake) this has lead to a recruitment drive. The CEO hires anybody, regardless of their competency levels to do any job, the easier they are to control the more chance they have of being hired. These people will get slapdash training, exacerbating things in the entire company, as it gradually sinks into the abyss.

    Webanywhere Response

    May 14, 2017

This is fake news and deliberate misinformation written and published with the intent to mislead. As such, intentionally misleading and deceptive fake news often employs eye-catching headlines to increase readership. If the author of this post put their name to it they would probably deem themselves unemployable. We will always stand up to cyber bullies and this has no place in our company and goes against our company values. People who make posts like this are cyber bullies and are no different to the bullies at the school playground which we all knew when we were kids.

    Pros

The people are amazing! You won't meet a better group, I thank them for my sanity being restored daily. The central location is great for shopping, commuting and for many needed drinks after work The tales I have lived to tell are brilliant!

    Cons

Things change litterally everyday whether that be kpis or what product is being pushed which can make things really frustrating for everyone involved Do not plan anything because god forbid you have some form of a life after you finish because there's a good chance you won't be leaving on time! People have homes to go to just bare that in mind The mad half baked and irrelevant ideas that are thrown around by the M.D on a daily basis are soul destroying, just when you think normality is setting in, you see him bounding over like excited puppy with no clue to the real world!!! The fun that is install in this company litterally doesn't exist bar the colleagues and friends you will make who really do make the bad times bareable ( which is pretty much everyday) Don't listen to any of the positive reviews there all lies written by the M.D trying to paper over the cracks and make him feel a little better about his sinking ship! The previous reviews on well-being and mental health are incredibly accurate, where you will cry at least once a week and by the time Sunday comes round you'll question whether it is worth going back!

    Pros

Nice people, good location, local business.

    Cons

Where to start-This is by far the most unorganised and unrealistic company. At the heart of the business I'm sure the intentions are honest, but I felt like I was on a sinking ship and had to escape before it inevitable sank. I would question the positive reviews on this site as knowing what management were like, it would be highly likely that staff were forced to write them, if in fact the MD hadn't written them himself.
