      Pros

      As a result of high communication amongst everyone in the company, you have a good sense of where the company is heading from a growth standpoint. In turn, you also know where you stand day-to-day with your team members and management which is a crucial component to any job you pursue.

      Cons

      Its location is great for me from where I live, but some people have taken this job living on the other side of town and underestimated the amount of time their commute will take them. Map out your route to and from work.

      Weisser Engineering & Surveying is a work environment that allows their employees to feel like they are part of a family. Many of the employees have worked here since the original owner and that creates a setting that newcomers can enter into with comfort and excitement. In this type of setting respect is established which allows for a healthy work environment.

      Cons

      Weisser Engineering & Surveying is currently in a transformation stage that consist of some growth within new management. This is not necessarily a con, it just needs to be noted that when you apply for this company you should step into this role prepared to support your colleagues wherever they need you. For many this is understandable while for others the extra workload can easily become too much.
