Pros
Great company to work for, with lovely, friendly yet driven and smart people, good work environment to be in, amazing work-life balance, excellent transparency across the firm and access to resources/know-how, brilliant CEO & management culture, great benefits (including private GP & dentistry, wfh policy and stipends for work-related expense, sponsorship of industry qualifications/exams, training programmes).
Cons
Hiring often entails working as a contractor for a while (6 months - 1 - 2 years) until you get offered a permanent position, unless having significant previous industry experience; career promotion/advancement less visible due to flat structure/similar job titles.
