      One of the worst company. They play with others future. Fake promises are made and when follow ups are taken the concern person hide itself in mice's hole and sit . No organization, no management. Fake company

      Bettr stop making comitments if u can not fullfill and stop playing with others career

      Nothing as of now, right now they are doing great!!!! Yep improvement is a continuous activity that is taken care by the Top Management

      To meet the business needs at all the ends, employees (internal team & external team working at client's locations) should be given with new trends and technologies training and making sure that they are equipped with the required stuff to handle niche skills hiring.

      Its a good place to learn stuff, they have good training sessions.

      Cons

      Horrible people on floor, who will thing they are King of the company . Openly biased behavior with the employee. They have alot attitude issues and do not respect employees. It was a happy mistake to be the part of the organisation. Got to learn alot of thing including, how to just walk away from the stupid ppl on the floor.       Advice to Management

      Please do consider the advice given by anyone at least respect the advice if you dont what to apply its fare enough. Also keep a check why so many old good employees are leaving. HR needs to learn to give a better experience to people atleast when they are leaving. #Allthebest

      I wasted my time attending interview here they themselves are not clear of the needs . people here are not transparent in what they communicate. They are not clear for the role they want to hire you , i dont even understand why are they even calling us for interview if they are not clear for which role they want to hire us. Managers here are worst they dont know what to ask and keep looking at the watch to finish off...

      Change your employee or leads attitude it can lead you to a better name in the existing market . let job seekers get a good feel of the company whether they join or not , whether they are selected or not . Feel good factor is important. Hire the right leads be it woman or man... attitude must be right. They act as face of the company.
