    Pros

    Great salary, increase every year. Excellent staff benefits like low credit card interest rate and insurance discounts, personal banker. Tough times get looked after such as lunches provided. Opportunities to progress

    Cons

    Stressful when its busy, pressure to be on the phones constantly and reviews of calls & lending applications can be quite nit picky.

    Cons

    Lots of Pressure from the Reserve bank of New Zealand has tightened lending practices however has contributed to more thorough needs assessments with customers as a result
