Lots of opportunity for growth in the branch and in other departments. Easy to make connections and Networking is easy throughout the company. Supportive Managers & team Good competitive salary. 15 sick days, 4 weeks annual leave + 5 wellbeing days, 2 volunteer days + more for certain things. Discounts and benefits on many products and retail partners. Full Uniform provided but only after starting (If in stock, could be weeks before you get it).
Cons
Very busy and staff are often overstreched. The team is not big enough for the amount of work that we have. With branches closed down the exisiting branches get overwhelmed constantly. Branch staff are working on the phones, doing appointments, online & in-person applications for lending, answering branch box phone calls, voicemails & emails, opening trusts and business accounts. Plus doing roaming banker to help with the queue. Capture a Customer interaction Activity for each customer now matter what. Plus fit training in there too. Busy all the time. Only paid for 37.5 hours per week but expect 40.
