    Pros

Good pay and good sick leave provision

    Cons

Not flexible with working from home/another site Having a meeting for the sake of having a meeting Weekly huddles Not treated as an equal being a female and feeling like its very much of a boys club and feel like on the outer circle Management doesn't do anything about poor performers or ones that are constantly AWOL and fails to manage Monthly one on one meetings with your manager that HAVE to last an hour - very painful and having to make small chat

I have been working at Westpac New Zealand full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good base salary Extra 8% if on rotational roster Sick leave

    Cons

Management don't listen or value their staff No incentive for you to perform even if your one of the highest performance in the call centre.
