1. Worst salary structure. Fixed (which includes variable and provide based on company and individual performance ) + Retention bonus (This is to just to show fruitful CTC structure which can spread over any number of year like 5 lacs bonus spread over 5 year so that CTC look good ) 2. Slow growth. 3. Lower increments. 4. Not able to provide food. 5. Most important is HR people. who are very very dumb. Initially they will advice to approach to them even in the case of minor issues and when issues arise they won't listen always reflect that they are busy and connect in couple of days. 6. Not good for campus hire as they don't provide any training based on work they offer.
