I have started career from Wiantech and it was really a great place to work with them. Management are supportive and corporative too. I was not good communicator however the entire team supported me and helped me to improve by skills.

Cons

There are .. but can be ignored or can be solved by communicating with management. it was start up company so it was focusing on completion of work rather than employee engagement or other related activities. If you fresher and need to start career with experts, you need to ignore this things at start. This may not be helpful for people who comes from different culture/experience

There are no Pro's while working with them, but do have a look at the Con's list.

The two branches Kolkata and Mumbai work in silo's, they don't even help each other. Kolkata has a separate page on Glassdoor, enough to explain the level of separation and the preparation of bias that the management itself does. After the initial Salaries the rest are never paid on time. You shall never get your FnF and further more you are asked to pay to exit the company. The office building is in a dilapidated condition and there are no basic facilities like toilets, functional computers with supporting software or AC.

Poor management. They don't pay you. Only do work free of cost. First 3 4 months bullet mehta will pay you later he starts giving excuses, that Mumbai office employee does not do anything. How should I pay salary. But the fact is he doesn't have projects in hand. Then he won't pay salary. He will give you warning letter that performance is poor. When you resign, he will say fnf hoga after 45 days jo ki hota nhi. To guy's dont join this company and spoil your career.

good start for fresher but be ready to loose your salary because bullet mehta is enjoying him life only on employee notice period salary.
