I have been working at William Blair full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Wonderful people and steady, pleasant company culture. Being a larger firm, there are many office amenities available (at the very least in their Chicago HQ). Decent benefits.

    Advice to Management

Please work to create more career advancement opportunities and you will hold onto to your talent.
