    Pros

A good pipeline owner/operator that tries to do the right thing. Positive work environment with good benefits. Layoffs are very rare or nonexistent. Opportunities to travel and work on large projects.

    Cons

It's a relatively slow-moving environment typical of a pipeline operator, so opportunities for advancement are few and far between. Some of the management and VP picks leave you scratching your head.
