force retention to do the other departments jobs and they just fired 300 employees because retention is doing their jobs without extra training or pay and told if we didnt like it to quit. so i quit. great job if you enjoy being gas lit, talked down to and denied help and want to take 50-80 calls a day for departments you arent trained in

Supervisors and team lead’s extremely helpful and kind. Fun place to work within your team.

Overseas agents do not help customers. They hang up on customers and other agents. They tell customers they will dispatch and no dispatch is made. They are rude and do not help and do not put the customer first.

Some of the people in my immediate work group were good to work with. For a time I had some flexibility in my schedule and location.

Cons

Extremely high stress if you want to do a good job. Management is terrible. Impossible workloads. Impossible expectations. Constant layoffs. Quite a few incompetent people there across all work groups. Very seldom saw poor performance punished. The majority of people left there are just trying to keep their heads down and are either waiting for retirement, actively looking for other employment, or have essentially "quietly quit" and are doing the absolute bare minimum. Which is a pretty low standard in a lot of instances.

Gained valuable work experience, tuition reimbursement, decent direct management

They won’t hesitate to cut you with zero warning if they’re afraid their profit margins will suffer. They don’t care about you as a human. You’re a number. Doesn’t matter if you’ve been there for 3 years or 50, they’ll lay you off with no notice. Oh sure you’ll get a severance package but they don’t care if you just bought a house and had a baby. They literally cut my entire team without warning, the people who were single handedly keeping the net promoter score for the company help.

I wish there was more push from management to learn and grow in other area. Pay is also known for being low compared to competitors.
