There are good things, but better stay away

Pros

There are some good people. The CEO/Co-founder are definitely the good guys. They care *a lot* that people will have a positive experience at Windward.

Cons

Management is littered with difficult people who spoil the pile. Work is around the clock. "Work-life balance" is only on paper. Gaslighting. Pressure to work at irregular days and hours, under the excuse that this counts as "overtime". Say bye to holidays and weekends. Or even normal evening. Cram 120% items and then pressure you to work 120% hours. Bad company culture. Compensation isn't competitive. Force quick and dirty development cycles, and you'll be left holding the bag eventually when something breaks, which is constantly.
