Poor IT policies, inability to deliver work. Constant excuses from upper management to customers on reasons for non delivery. Long hours working with offshore development centers. Insane corporate systems for expense reporting. Extremely intrusive monitoring software. Constant corporate spam in inbox. In terms of the chaos, when the customer has a plan layed out, the management run around looking for people to do the work, and then blame others when it can't be done. Then they run around some more firing off emails left and right trying to cover their butts instead of getting the right people on the job.

Pros

None that would be significant other than being a large company.

Cons

The mangers are remote from India. They can easily lie to the employee. They don't keep their promises at all. If you want to reach them by phone or email they easy would ignore you. The company's culture is not up to North America's standards at all.
