- they lied hugely about the job description in the interview (the real word differed a lot) - literally did not approve any leaves (had to live on half days, no public/festival holidays) - management wasn't easily accessible - TLs were just people who passed a test, their competencies weren't even checked - hired dumb workforce so if you were good at your job, you had to do their job, too - no appraisals at all - no matter what band you're hired on (mine was B1), your salary would literally be the same as AA bands

i i I got se I got selected through campus placement there are 3-4 rounds depending upon the profile. firs round was aptitude in which mass elimination is done then gd and then tech PI along with HR Wipro is very employee centirc organization. person working here will not feel any pressure of work until unless he/she is not willing to work wipro provides leaves as per requirement of the employee cafeterias are really nice. salary is before time. upper management is awesome transparency is at par .
